Regular Season Stats - 73 Games, 5 Goals, 11 Assists, 88 PIM and Plus 27.  Playoff Stats - 22 Games, 1 Goal, 3 Assists, 36 PIM

A rugged stay-at-home defenceman and anchor of the defense.  Adam was named Captain in 2009.  The Avs retired Foote's number, 52, in 2013.

Regular Season Stats - 82 Games, 32 Goals, 86 Assists, 116 Points.  Playoff Stats - 22 Games, 10 Goals, 11 Assists, 21 Points.

Forsberg is a NHL Hall of Famer (2014) and is known as one of the greatest players of all time.  He was Rookie of the Year in 1995 and League MVP in 2003.  Foppa's number, 21, was retired in 2011.

Regular Season Stats - 65 Games, 5 Goals, 56 PIM and Plus 29.  Playoff Stats - 21 Games, 9 Assists.

An unsung hero, Gusarov played 565 games for the Avs/Nords organization.  Often paired with Foote, they made a formidable D.

Regular Season Stats - 81 Games, 38 Goals, 47 Assists, 85 Points, 85 PIMs.  Playoff Stats - 22 Games, 10 Goals, 12 Assists, 28 PIM

Kamensky played 11 seasons in the NHL, after he played 9 seasons in his home country of Russia.  8 of the 11 were with the Avs.  His jerseys are hammered, a testament to how hard he played (85 PIM in 1995-96).

Kamensky scored the first goal in Avs history in their home opener against the Detroit Red Wings.  He would score 130 more while with the Avalanche.

Injured for most of the regular season, Krupp only played 6 regular season games with no goals and only 3 assists.

Krupp would come up big in the playoffs scoring 4 goals and 12 assists, including the Cup clinching goal against Florida in triple overtime.

Brought to the Avs after winning the Playoff MVP the year prior with the Devils, Lemieux was an agitator and goal scorer for the Avs top line.

Regular Season Stats - 63 Games, 7 Goals, 14 Assists, 22 PIM and Plus 15.  Playoff Stats - 8 Games, 0 Points, 19 PIM.

Known as a defensive forward, Murray played that role well with the Avs.  He was one of the top penalty killers throughout the season.

This is his first Avs jersey.  See my blog for more details.  Known as an offensive defenseman and power play specialist, more than half his points in 95-96 came during the powerplay.  He had two assists on the power play during his first Av's game.

Photo and video matched to Game 6 of the Western Conference Finals.  This jersey was not worn in the Stanley Cup Finals.  Inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2006, Roy will always be known as one of the greatest of all-time.

Rucinsky was only an Avalanche for a short period prior to being part of the Patrick Roy trade.  I believe this is the only Avs Road jersey for Rucinsky in existence.

Regular Season Stats - 13 Goals, 14 Assists, 27 Points.  Playoff Stats - 22 Games, 1 Goal, 4 Assists

95-96 was Yelle's rookie season.  He played an integral part, establishing himself as a defensive forward and penalty killer.  Yelle played 633 games for the Avs and was a long-time fan favorite.
